In this cupcakes, I’ve got so many compliments of its soft, delicious, moist, fresh and importantly easy to bake cupcakes. I’m not a baker just love to bake and do everything with love, as I called it a passion for baking.
I’ll teach you my recipe. Quick and easy.
2 eggs medium
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups plain flour/self-raising flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup confetti sprinklers

How To Make Buttercream Frosting
This is the BEST recipe for homemade buttercream, it pipes perfectly, and makes a great base for other frosting flavors too!
1cup(230 grams) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
3cups(360 grams) powdered sugar
2-3tablespoonsheavy cream or heavy whipping cream
pinchof saltadjust to tast
1. Preheat oven 130°C
2. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl and then mix in the oil and milk. Add the sugar and whisk until dissolved.
3. Sift in dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until smooth. Add half of a cup of confetti sprinklers.
4. Fill cupcake cases 2/3 full and bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes depending on your oven.
5. Leave cool for frosting!
6. Pipe one at a time and sprinkle with colorful confetti on top!
